Fantastic View, Spacious Room, Great Service, Convenient Location. I loved the incredible view of the lagoon from my third-floor room. The space was more than sufficient and had recently been renovated. The owner was polite and always ready to help. The hotel's location worked well for me, enabling me to visit many nearby attractions with ease.
Nothing, it is perfect.

The rooms were very new
The hotel is located outside of a small rural town, with nothing to do around. There is nobody on the streets. The views of the rooms are to a small and dirty lake, and to a land in construction (very ugly). The rooms were not clean, the shower was horrible (no pression in the water, no hot water...) and very dirty. I would not recomend this hotel at all.

Hotel is relatively new and not finished yet. When finished it will be nice.
No swimming pool as in the description. Not finished hotel yet so few things need to be adjusted, including price (downward).

The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was fantastic. Despite not being a luxury hotel, the prices were very reasonable. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were clean and well-decorated, with nice touches like new towels and fresh bed sheets. Lastly, the location was perfect. Situated in front of the Flamingos lagoon, the hotel offered a beautiful view from the communal terrace area.
All in all, everything was great and there was nothing that needed improvement.

View of lagoon out of the bedroom windown but when you looked down the garden was in a terrible state and the pool had green fungus growing in it.
All the holes still in the walls - hotel unfinished. Service awful. Terrible looking chap working in the cafe which was full of workmen drinking coffee and smoking who he was serving. He pointed downstairs to the diningroom and left us sitting there for ages instead of serving us. Eventually I went and asked him what was going on and he came and asked if we wanted coffee and a croisant which he eventually brought us and another lady from Canada who had joined us. I went and asked for another cup of coffee and we gave up waiting for it as we wanted to continue our journey/holiday driving around the coastal route of the island. The owner/receptionist arrived (after telling us the previous day that breakfast was only from 8.30am and then saw we were not impressed and offered to make us something to eat which we declined as we were on our way out the door. The night before he would not recommend anywhere to eat as he wanted us to eat at the hotel and thank goodness we didn't as the Canadian lady said she eventually ate at 10pm - she was travelling alone. The hotel is very disorganised and not finished off yet. The rough trade in the cafe is not conjusive to running a hotel !

We were almost alone in the hotel but the cook served us a wonderful diner. Very nice. The owner let us taste some wonderful Sardegnian wine.

The hotel had a great location in front of a beautiful lagoon, and also had a communal terrace area with lovely views. the room was clean, with a big, comfortable bed, and towels that were new and smelled nice. the bathroom was spacious and equipped with a nice shower which provided full water and heated quickly. the staff were very kind and helpful, and the parking was free.
There were a few things that were not up to my expectations.

Great view of the lagoon from the room, comfortable beds, and the breakfast was basic but pretty good. Convenient location with easy access to the main attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and gave us useful tips about the area.
Some of the facilities were outdated and in need of renovation. The walls were thin, and the noise from the adjacent room could be heard.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! the attention to detail was impeccable, from the beautifully refurbished rooms to the stunning view of the Flamingos lagoon from the communal terrace area. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the breakfast spread offered a variety of options, including pastries, toast, spreads. All these factors made our stay at this hotel truly memorable.
All in all, our experience at this hotel was fantastic and we couldn't find a single thing that needed improvement!

During my Christmas stay, I loved the beautiful location close to the beaches and the lagoon. the staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. the room was clean and comfortable with modern amenities, adding to the overall experience.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing, lacking variety and options.

The hotel has a fantastic location, overlooking a nearby lagoon, which provides stunning views for guests. Additionally, it is conveniently situated near the charming town of Cabras, where you can find friendly locals and fantastic restaurants serving delicious regional dishes.
All was well during my stay.
